pain while beastfeeding?
anyone experience pain on one side?

nipple soreness went away after 4 weeks, we finally got the latch perfected! its all about getting it right.
But I do notice that on the side that I'm breastfeeding, I get weird cramp in my wrist or my ankle. Its not really painful, but weird.

I'm not sure exactly what kind of pain your speaking of, but when I was breastfeeding, I used to get the nipple soreness, breast tenderness and extreme cramping in the abdomen (sp?) like bad menstraul cramps. If this is what your experiencing, then I will say that it is normal. When you breastfeed, it actually causes your uterus to contract, hence the cramps. The only upside to that is, you tend to lose the pregnancy belly much faster while breastfeeding
