Urban rebounder
anyone have this??? Seen it?
Yes I was watching HSN  ..it looked like fun and a good workout.
i have a degenerative disease in my knees so I have to be careful with excersing on hard surfaces, but I DO have to exercise to help it..
Just wondering..they say its in a lot of gyms too..anyone see it or use it?

I've seen that commerical - looks like fun! Wouldn't work in our basement apartment though - my head would slam into the ceiling!

I LOVE HSN, don't they make you think that you need every single thing that they are selling. For crying out loud, they say that some of your hangers will CHANGE your life.
As for thr urban rebounder, I know nothing about it, but wanted to share my HSN watching. (It's addicting)

Most of my cosmetics are QVC/ HSN related, they're actually great, but do I need ANOTHER $60 kit. . . . um NO!

I take an urban rebounding class at my gym--it is awesome! I don't know about just having one at home and bouncing away, but the class is a great cardio workout and is supposed to be easier on your joints than a floor aerobics class, so it might be good for your knees.
Just be careful about your form if you jump on it--you're not supposed to jump up, you're really supposed to jump "down" into the rebounder. Its a better workout.
