Have you tried OPKs? I think that is a good place to start.

Well you period can def change after a miscarriage. My cycles were not the same, so my ovulation date changed.

I always followed Deanna's Plan and that has always worked for me.

Basically BD every other day starting on CD 10 untill you get a positive OPK, then you BD 3 days in a row.

Goodluck!

CD= Counting Day

So when you get your period, that is CD 1. Then keep counting from there.

Re: ok girls.. question..

OPK's test for your LH surge. The surge means you are giong to ovulate in the next 8-36 hours (I think that's the time but not positive)

So you buy the OPK, and depending how long your cycle is you start on the day the instructions tell you.

You hold your pee for at least 3 hours in the afternoon (FMU not recommended) and you test till you get a line or smiley face.

Getting that line means you got a surge Chat Icon

Re: ok girls.. question..

I agree with the girls. i would definitely use some OPKs. My AF cycles stayed the same after the m/c (every 28 days), but my Ovulation date changed (from CD14 to CD16). So you never know.
