nope cause they would be talking about it and since you have to be in contract within days it would be talked about in the news.

i was really hoping it would, since we just started our housing search. maybe they will bring it back eventually, but it doesn't seem like it will be extended now.

aw the good thing though is that the interest rates are still kinda low... good luck in your search!!!

Honestly we were "on our own" prior to 2008. We were on our own for decades before that too.
I agree this credit was nice for people that were able to take advantage of it, but it shouldn't' be the deciding factor in buying a house.
