Pottery?
I know some of you were going to ceramics classes. However I am interested in taking pottery lessons. I did it in highschool and loved it and would like to get into it again, but it is obviously an expensive hobby if you had to buy all the equipment yourself. Does anyone know of anywhere that offers classes? I am in Levittown so that area would be good.

Re: Pottery?
Isn't this on Deer Park Road? I think Dix Hills. If you take the Northern State and get off at Deer Park Rd headed N it will be on your right past the light.

Re: Pottery?
You should try the local colleges. I take ceramics/pottery at Queens College. It is pretty cheap and you just supply the tools. They give you a hunk of clay and you can use their wheels, glaze, etc. Plus they have someone else fire it for you.
