I survived
Yep I survived my first baby shower..... It wasnt THAT Bad...in the begininning all the ladies on the table were discussing how everyone is pregnant.....how all her friends have babies..etc etc..it was a bit weird cuz some knew about my situation that were listening...
And they put me in charge of decorating the hat so I was totally distracted with it and didnt see much of the gifts 
Im glad I was there for my friend..she is one of my good friends and Im glad I went.
So ladies dreading them....no worries!

Awww you did an amazing thing! I am sure your friend appreciated you being there also...and even more so if she knows how hard it was for you. And when your time comes to get your shoer, I know you are going to want all of your friends there no matter what is going on in their lives....good for you!

I'm glad it went well!
That was good that you kept yourself distracted with the decorating.
You are a great friend for being there!
It def can be uncomfortable when it comes to all of the pregnancy and baby talk. I'm glad you got through it.

thank you so much! Sono went great....measuring 8 wks 6 days with a dec 11th due date...we have a long way to go but each appt I feel better!
