your prenatals
What type do you take? Does it matter I'd they say for pregnant or nursing women??

My dr gave me samples of prenatals to try while TTC so that I can find one I like to continue taking when I get pregnant. Right now I am taking a prescription prenatal

We are not actively trying right now, hopefully in the next few months. Right now I take OTC Rainbow light prenatals. I really like them. My doctor also gave me a prescription. She told me to start the prescription 3 months before we decide to actively try.

I take Flintstone vitamins b/c I have trouble swallowing pills. My OB/GYN says they're fine.

I've tried a few different ones. I went from One A Day, to Rainbowlite, to GNC, and now back to One A Day.
My Dr. advised against the GNC brands because he said they tend to go overboard with their dosages.

I use CVS brand for now. Dr said over the counter is fine before actually being PG.
