Meetup.com groups on here...
I recently heard about meetup.com from my friend Kristen (Hofstra26 - haaaaaaaaay!) and would like to join some groups before my daughter starts making friends with the silverware out of desperation....
Can any of you who are members of any playgroups please respond with the names or links to the groups? I am in East Setauket....

If you go there and do a search for playgroups in your area, you can join them! Then, when you are a member, you can see the calendar of events and meet other moms and their children who are in the same group...at least, I believe that's how it goes. :)
Any more mommies out there who are members of playgroups? I read about groups on FB, too but not sure how to find them.

Same, and I'm also in Setauket! I work F/T, so I don't get to as many of the events as I would like to, but there are tons, every day!
