Sometimes I'll get that when stressed out. I try to close my eyes and do some deep breathing exercises.

OMG, mine also. Last time I went through a period of this happening, I was going through a major change in my vision within a short time. My eye doctor said that I was probably causing spasm from squinting at the computer. I did not notice squinting but within a few months I knew that my vision had changed drastically. That is what put me back into glasses 8 years after having LASIK. He said that Benadryl can calm it a little bit. Now I expect that I will again soon notice that I need new glasses. It could also be allergy related.

Lack of sleep or stress. Mine has been twitching on and off for 2 weeks now and its driving me insane. I get this all of the time.

Mine has been twitching for the last two weeks too! Last year at this time the same thing was happening and my Dr. told me that if it continued for a month or more she would look into it further. Now it started again, but I really think it has to do with being tired and stress. I am a teacher, and with the end of the year and report cards, etc. I have been pretty stressed. It's funny because it's alway my left eye that twitches!

That has happened to me when I got into a bad sleep schedule and was very tired... Once I started going to sleep earlier and getting on a better schedule, it went away!
