Please calm me down, lol

So I decided to do a 4th bday party for DD at a place this year because I have no energy to do it at my house. DD picked Karate. They tell me same price for up to 25 kids or even more. So I went nuts and invited 33 kids thinking that ALOT would be busy due to time of year. Well 6 people rsvp no and 27 will be there!!!! Now I am flipping out that there isn't going to be room for all of these kids plus parents. The actual karate room is huge but the area for pizza and cake is so small. I wanted to avoid all of this unnecessary stress by having it somewhere and here I go stressing myself out again. Do you think it is going to be completely nuts with all of those kids? Please tell me it will work out!!!!

I think if it will hold all of the kids I wouldn't worry. These parties are for such a short amount of time anyway. Parents always linger to the corners anyway. I would def. not stress about that. You may even have people drop out at the last minute!

At DDs party some of the Moms were lingering in the corner chatting together and not really near the kiddie area....also...some had smaller DC and werre outside walking them in their strollers. As long as you have room for all of the kiddies...itll be great!!! realax my dear. we will see you there!

Don't worry about it. They are equipped to hold a lot more & as for the pizza room - it's about 10 minutes of the party - parents will stay outside if there isn't enough room.

We have had 2 karate parties and they were fantastic!! Plus I always have between 25-30. They had it sooo organized and are used to tons of kids!! The food part is soooo quick too. Don't even stress over it. I always get at least 2 cancelations the morning of because the child was sick, so it always works out! The part times goes by sooo quick!!
