ok girls i think i am psyching myself out,, HELP!!!!!
please bring me back to reality i think am around 6dpo and ever since saturday night i have been getting the tugging pulling sensation in my lower abdomen-- i remember this from my first pregnancy in january that ended in a missed miscarriage 3/10)- no breast soreness but def that tugging feeling-on and off i am really really trying NOT to get excited but it is hard-- AF is due in 8 days-- please bring me back down to earth!!! thanks
p.s. is the first day of DPO the day you ovulate? or is it the day after you ovulate?

I think 1dpo is day after not the day but I don't really know. .
the way I feel about talking yourself down to earth is you are going to be happy either way and dissapointed either way so you might as well be hopeful. . i always feel like trying to convince yourself not to be hopeful or expect anything doesn't work .or at least it doesn't for me. . so I won't try to minimize your expectations but instead will send you

Cantwait11108- I also am 6dpo, and AF is due in 8 days. A few days ago i started feeling pain on my left side, it's an ongoing type of cramp, i've never felt this before, this is also my first month ttc. I am hopeful that we get our BFP's
