What temp is your AC set to?
DH likes to keep it at 75 during the day, on energy saver.
I keep complaining that I'm hot, and he tells me I'm strange.
Please help settle our debate ...
What temp do you keep your AC set to during the day? What about at night?

We don't have any children ... I'm wondering if those with kids keep their house warmer.
I think I'd be ok if it was on 75 but not energy saver. I'm fine when its on & blowing cold air ... but it gets sooo hot in between the cycles.

CAC is on 80 when we're not home -- except during the heat wave, when we set it at 76 so it wouldn't get too hot for the cats. When NOT having a heat wave, the house rarely gets hotter than 76 when we set it at 80.
When we're home, it's between 70-72, including when we go to sleep.
When it gets up to 76, it feels sweltering in here. It's set at 70 now and I'm in a tank top and shorts.

Our CAC is a relatively new system (installed in 2006). Very efficient and is very comfy at 76 during a real hot day.

i fought DH tooth and nail to have it on 68-70 while I was pregnant and even last summer, maybe 70ish. I have lost the battle to him. We compromise on 72 at night and he gets his 75 during the day.
If I am doing heavy cleaning or its a really hot day, ill drop it to 72 during the day. I do sweat sometimes when its 75!
As for LO's, 69-72 is actually recommend to reduce SIDS! Too warm is not good

at night 77
during the day 80
we live with other people who are cold at those temperatures so we use fans.

i have to agree with this point - i think CAC units are different than wall / window units. We have a new CAC unit also (about 2 years old) and 75 feels MUCH different (cooler) in my house that 75 does in my brother's home with window AC units.

CAC is set to 72 and it's freezing in here.  I keep having to raise it to 76/77 and it's perfect at that temp!

window units...69-70 in 2 rooms and 66 in my bedroom (I'm starting my 9th month of pregnancy ) all the units are on energy saver.

when we turn one of our 2 ac's on... it's set to 60. But each unit has to cool off a few rooms.
The 60 is the same for day and night.
I also prefer to be cold over being hot.

We dont really have a set temp...
But usually at least 68 at night if not cooler...
During the day I think the max we have it set for is 72.
