My 1st trip to Buy Buy Baby!!
I went with my friend yesterday to BBB!! I didn't want to register yet till my 20 wk appt, so we went to just learn about everything from carseats, strollers, and travel systems. We were completely lost with everything.
I must say their staff is GREAT!!!! A Salesperson spent over an hour explaining every stroller possible. Showing us how heavy, how to fold, bassinet feature, car seat, etc.
I can't wait to finally register.
Is Babies R Us as helpful???
It was a good idea to just walk around and learn before even registering.

Glad you had a good trip there 
I actually went there on Wednesday with my dad to look at furniture. It is very overwhelming and I was especially anxious since it was my first time looking for anything baby related.
How exciting!!

We are going to register this weekend but have been there a bunch of time just to browse.
I will DEF be going with BBB... I just feel like their employees are more friendly/knowledgeable and it's just a better over-all shopping experience than BRU.

We had such a great time yesterday!!! Regina from Buy Buy Baby was awesome! I feel like I need to take a class on all this baby gear since there are soooo many options!
I'm so happy we were able to go together! I can't wait until our maternity leaves when we are texting each other at 3am as we're taking care of the babies. :)
I definetly like Buy Buy Baby better than Babies R Us. BBB seemed to have more of a selection of brands and patterns than BRU.

I hear BBB has a better sales staff and more helpful than babies r us....

imo - i didnt think so. i couldn't even get someone to help me take a furniture order in bru - forget answer questions.
the staff @ bbb knew everything that i asked them - it was a just pleasure in bbb.

I had a great experience at BBB, the sales associate was so helpful with the strollers and car seats; she must have spent a good hour with us. We went to Babies r us and it was the complete opposite.

Um, no  I think out of the 50+ times I've been to BRU, I have found ONE helpful person. It's not that they don't care - they just don't know much about the products they sell (and this has been my experience at 3 or 4 BRUs on LI).
