Medical tourism
This is a bit of a strange question, but is anyone familiar with medical tourism? I have quite a bit of dental work to be done and I am considering going to Eastern Europe for dental work (I'm in Germany now, so the flight or train won't be much). It has been recommended to me by a few expats who live here with me.
Just looking for any experiences. Thanks!

Re: Medical tourism
I've not done it, but this is always on television here. There was a show about it just this week, they seem to think its a bad idea unless the company that you work with has an aftercare facility in your country.
Have you had any recommendations? I Have a great dentist here in Manchester, he did Shaun Ryders teeth after his fell out after years of drug and alcohol abuse! lol!

I haven't had any dentists recommended to me, but the idea has been recommended.
LOL, about Shawn Ryder. I don't think I can get on the NHS and aren't you guys short dentists?
I'm looking to get two implants done.
