Almost forgot to post...DH had another SA
So originally DH went from ZERO sperm to 27 million in 3 months ...........well he had another SA done a month later and
his count was 120 million
I cant believe his count went up 100 million in just a month And his motility improved from 39 to 51%
Between his shots and the fabulous vit/min supplments i concoted for him he really got fast results!

Thanks girls
DH has low testosterone - so the urologist put him on hcg shots (same stuff that the ladies get). A lot of athletes use hcg after they come off a steroid cycle cause steroids stops them from producing testosterone/sperm - and the hcg will raise it back up. (hcg of course is on most of the banned lists for that reason)
I also reserached supplements and found this one that a lot of drs recommened - its called ProXeed - but its very  so i just scoped out the ingredients and bought them for DH:
Rainbow Light Mens One Multivitamin (has to be this specific one b/c it has a few items not in alot of other mens multi)
CoQ10 30 mg
Acetyl-L Carnitine 500mg
L-Carnitine 1000 mg

That's awesome! You had FM'd me the vitamins you came up with after my IVF failed and I plan on getting them for DH. Do you happen to know what your DH's morphology was each time? That is my DH's issue, the other things he is fine with.

ETS - i dont know his morphology numbers - just the motility
His 1st motility was 35% (i believe they want it at least 50%)
His 2ns motility went up to 54%

I bought them all at Vitamin shoppe - not sure where else they sell Rainbow Light

That is awesome news, Congrats!!! Thank you for the vitamins, guess where I am going after work, Vitamin Shoppe. Thanks again and put the Super Sperm to good use and make that baby!
