Re: single serve coffee maker NO pods?
I do - I don't know the brand. It comes with two travel mugs so I can fill them side-by-side or just use one mug by itself.
It's home so I'll go home and get the brand for you. I'm pretty sure it's a no-name one.
It uses a filter and coffee grounds.

Re: single serve coffee maker NO pods?
I have this one, it's $20 and no pods. We found that some of the other machines wouldn't fit any oversized mugs.. this one comes with a travel mug so it has more space, but we normally just use regular mugs with it.

Re: single serve coffee maker NO pods?
The keurig coffee maker has a re-usable pod so that you can use your own ground coffee. All you have to do is rinse the pod after each use.

Re: single serve coffee maker NO pods?
OK - mine's a "Melitta". I've never heard of the brand but I googled it:
Link to their coffee makers
Mine isn't listed on the page b/c it's at least 9 years old, so it must be an OK brand - it's still kicking.
eta: just read a description on Amazon - looks like it's a pod system too - sorry.

Re: single serve coffee maker NO pods?
I used to have the Cuisinart Two To Go coffee maker. You could make either one or two travel mugs worth of coffee at a time- no pods. I don't know if you could use regular mugs though. Cuisinart
