Help- left breast milk out!
I am going away today for the night and I took breast milk out of the freezer and put it in a pot of cool water last night around 10 so it would defrost and then I was planning on putting it in the fridge. I just realized I never put it in the fridge and it has been out in the pot of water all night- ahhhh! Do I have to throw it away?

Yes, you definitely have to throw it out. Sorry for your loss...I know the feeling.
ETA...For future reference, I would probably just put the BM directly in the fridge from the freezer overnight, not defrost it then put it back in the fridge. That is what I used to to to make DD bottles for daycare. It was always still slush in the morning, but I could easily make the bottles with it.
