I dont think i noticed any Bath supplies, Shampoo, lotion, diaper cream
Def add Triple Paste
Vaseline- for circumcision care/ umbilical cord care
Disposable Changing Pads- for on the go, and to use in public restroom.

*lap pads for on top of the changing pad cover, especially for a boy!! they are my savior
*Bjorn Cover? maybe
*Snap N Go- you'll want this (does your sister have one?)

*pack n play sheets
*extra sheets for crib
*waterproof crib mattress pad
*convertible car seat

*I know you got the travel tiny love mobile but I got rid of the mobile that came with our bedding set and got the tiny love mobile for his actual crib, LIFE SAVER
*Booster seat for when they're older
*nursing cover?

These are a couple of things I have that I really like:

Sofie
Freddie the Firefly - DS's First toy.. LOVED this
Lovie - DS has on similar to this... he uses it alot!

Breast Pump
bassinet
bumbo play tray
2 infant car seats (if you have 2 cars) they grow out of the carrier quickly and if you could get them for our shower you'll save about $400-$500 later
add size 1 and size 2 diapers
baby wipes (you will need tons)
humidifier or vaporizer
another diaper bag (I have 3 - one for me, hubby and sitter)
bath accessories (lotion, body bath, shampoo, powder, etc)
