Sesame Place- 2 quick questions
1. Moms, what did you wear? If you wear a cover up over your suit can you go on the water rides? Is there a place before the ride to leave a small bag of things (not a wallet or cell, but maybe a change of clothes etc) and pick it up after or should I aim to be hands free all day?
2. Is it worth it to bring a stroller in for a 2 1/2 year old? Can they walk the whole thing or will I need the stroller when he's exhausted at the end of the day?
We're going Friday and I'm starting to think of all these last minute things. Thanks for the help!

Re: Sesame Place- 2 quick questions
We went in July with my almost 2 1/2 year old DS. I was so stressed about what to wear. I ended up wearing my bathing suit under shorts and a t-shirt. We did the "dry rides" first, and then when we walked over to the water ride side, I went to the restroom, took off my shorts and shirt, and put on a terry coverup thing. (Strapless, but with ties around the neck, too my knees kind of thing).
We brought DS's stroller and parked it with our "stuff" in it at the entrance to the rides and water areas. Everything was safe and sound. I usually carried my camera with me, and my small wallet was buried at the bottom of my zippered diaper bag.
Have fun!

Re: Sesame Place- 2 quick questions
The water stuff is set up in groups, so you aren't going to want/need to take a cover up on and off too much. My friend and I (we always go together) usually just park our stroller and leave our stuff with it and go do a bunch of rides. Then we will throw on coverups and walk to the next area and do it all over again. I suggest bringing the stroller if for no other reason then to hold your stuff. Though I'm sure your DC will use it at points, ours always do and they're older.

Re: Sesame Place- 2 quick questions
We went in the beginning of July with a 2.5 yr. old and she was almost never in the stroller. I regretted having the big one with us. You have to leave it outside of the shows too.
I wore a bathing sit with a cover up one day and a skirt the other day.
If we were to go again, I would definitely rent a locker for diapers, camera, and other things. There is no place to leave anything other than the locker, so I missed out on the lazy river in order to stay back with all of our stuff.
Have fun, we really liked it.

Re: Sesame Place- 2 quick questions
We went with almost 18 month old in July...
I wore bathingsuit all day- wore cover up basically all day- went on dry rides and then water rides- I did not take cover up on and off after each water ride- I just went to the next ride.
We brought stroller and DD never went in it but I was SO glad to have it to hold all of our stuff- the locker would have been too much work for us- back and forth to it all day for diapers/water/snacks/cameras etc...
We just kept stroller with all of our things (cameras etc...underneath everything else) and it was safe.
