1st Birthday party help?
I am beginning to stress that DDs 1st birthday is in a few weeks.
We are having the party at our house, we rented a tent etc.
As of now, 68 people.
We are planning on serving hero and hot food. How much do I need?
What else do I need to serve?
THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

I just had my daughters party yesterday we had about 100 people. The caterer brought 12 feet of hero. One large tray each of Ziti, steak, ribs, shrimp oreganata ,sausage and peppers, sauteed veggies, chicken marsala, and 2 large salads.
Have a great party.

Re: 1st Birthday party help?
We just had DS 's 1st birthday party earlier today. We had approx. 45 adults and 12 kids.
I had 2 heroe's, chicken cutlet and italian, with macaroni and potato salad, green salad, 3 hot trays of food and chicken nuggets for the kids. It was plenty of food.
