Girls delivering at Good Sam
I was wondering about the classes that they offer there. Are they free or do you have to pay?
Does someone from the hospital contact you to se up these classes or do I have to call them? And if so who do I contact?
Does Good Sam have a breast feeding class as well?
When should you sign up and take these classes? I am 25w and not sure if its too early but I don't want to be too late either.
Sorry for all the questions, if you have any answers I would appreciate it

Re: Girls delivering at Good Sam
My daughter is delivering at Good Sam. They have several classes. They have a breastfeeding class, lamaze classes, early pregnancy, and baby/child care. I think my daughter contacted them to get the info. I can get the # for you if you want. Congratulations!! She's almost 32 weeks. Oh there is also a mandatory C-section class.

Re: Girls delivering at Good Sam
You can contact Perinatal Education. The number is on the Good Sam website. It's a combination of breathing exercises, learning about labor, dleivery and they give you a tour of the maternity, nursery and labor and delivery rooms. They offer weekly class for 5 weeks at night for like 2 hours, and also a full day Saturday class. I started the class when I was about 33-34 weeks. It's $125 dollars. My doctor's office offered a similar class, same price. They also offer other classes. Check their website. Good luck!
