Re: 10/10 Wins! This Week's Menus anyone?
I'm trying to step up my end of the cooking.
Sun - Chinese take-out
Mon- Roasted Chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans & broccoli, biscuits & gravy.
Tues - Pasta w. peas, DH's sauce, my meatball recipe (ala Dom Deluise's recipe!), salad.
Wed -Paula Deen's Crab Cake recipe w. Legal Seafood's Lobster Bisque
Thursday & Friday - perusing everyone else's ideas but it may be Chicken Cutlets or DH's grouper wraps.
Edited - apparently my recipes aren't cutting it. Gumbo ala DH tonight .

Re: 10/10 Wins! This Week's Menus anyone?
I am a little late but here goes Sun- Grilled Prime London Broil, baked potatos, Broccoli Mon- Dinner out Tues- Roasted Chicken, wild rice, string beans Wed- White Bean and Chicken Chili- side of noddles to put it on Thus- Salsbury Steak with Mushrooms Just saw this at recipe this week and want to try it. It's Sandra Lee and looks super easy Salad with Heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil Friday-Braised Paprika Chicken Noodles, green salad Sat- takeout chinese
I watch the foodnetwork while I work out and try to use at least one recipe a week that I watch! That's how I found the braised paprika chicken, and the white bean chili(it was Giada's recipe but I changed it a lot to suit our family). Now they are in regular rotation.

Re: 10/10 Wins! This Week's Menus anyone?
I have never once posted on this thread because I don't ever cook (which is a fact that I hate - working & commuting just don't mix with having fun in the kitchen!) But, I always come on to look to see what you are all making...and really, to see how many people are making the crash hot potatoes!!!
