Can I give my one year old childrens tylenol?
he has a fever and I ran out of infants. I have childrens tylenol- is that ok to give him??

It is a difference dosage from the infants concentrate - I'd call your PED to get the correct dosage.
ETA: I just checked the dosing chart my MIL gave me (she is a nurse) and the min. weight listed is 24 pounds - doesn't mean your Dr won't allow you to give it to DC, but I'd call first

this is the chart my ped (Jassey) gave us:
Tylenol.......................Liquid Sus 6-8 lbs......................1/4 tsp 9-11 lbs....................1/3 tsp 12-17 lbs..................1/2 tsp 18-22 lbs..................3/4 tsp 23-28 lbs................. 1 tsp 29-34 lbs... ..............1 1/4 tsp 35-40 lbs... ..............1 1/2 tsp

Yep, just check the dosage by weight.
Our ped told us to switch to children's tylenol at 6m, because DS was 20lbs and it would be cheaper.
