For btdt moms were your symptoms different ...

I really had a pretty good pregnancy with DS and this time around I am bit more of a mess. (tmi) I've had the runs and now throwing up.

My question is If you have had different symptoms with each pregnancy Can that hint the sex a of the baby? Im just curious I know most of the time they are old wives tales but I wonder .....

Anyone have any insight?

I am PG with my second and it has been exactly the same as my first!!

My first I had mild MS, and was in bed by 9 every night in the first trimester.
Then the ms lifted and so did the exhaustion and the heartburn set in.

This pregnancy I throw up regularly. I cant eat big meals, I have to eat every few hours instead. I have issues with most drinks especially if they are sugary I feel sick. And I am wiped out during hte day but am not sleepy where I am in bed early. I stay up until my usual 11 without issue. I am now 12 weeks have no HB but still feel the same as I have all first tri.

So we will see what happens I feel completely different.

But I will say my mom always said her pregnancies with my brothers were both completely different. She was convinced that her second was a girl, even had a baptism gown made from her wedding dress....surprise surprise, she had 2 boys before me! So I think its just an old wives tale!

mine were completely different form day one!!! We are having a girl this time around!!!

So far this time (I am still really early) it's the same exact thing, the boobs are really sore and large and I am nauseous but mostly at night, just like DD.

For me, the 1st 2 were almost identical symptoms and they are both . With this one, some were the same, but I had A LOT of different one's. The 2 that stand out that I NEVER had with the boys were that I had a lot of saliva and always had to spit. I know gross, but what can you do. It was constantly and well into the 2nd trimester. Then it was me throwing up and dry heaving. NEVER had either of these with the boys and this one is a ! So for me, the Old Wives Tale was accurate with that at least. Maybe it's a !

ETA: I did have nausea with the boys, but didn't throw up. With this one, it was everyday either in the morning and/or night.

My 1st two pregncies were totally different and I have 2 boys. #1 - was m/s all along, grew fast and all over before the belly grew, GD, other smaller complications. #2 was m/s stonrg and hard but eneded early and otherwise relatively normal, only grew in belly, etc. So for me - olds wives tale.

This pregnancy is pretty similar to #2 so far but do have new things I never had before (extreme tiredness, anxiety, headaches, bad allergies) and have different cravings and aversions.

exactly the same so far w/ different food aversions - but it's still really early
