ugh, MJ - I'm so sad to read this. I know it's impossible but try to stay positive. Praying that your little baby grows and everything looks perfect on the 29th!
Tons of prayers that everything is OK - I am a Type II diabetic as well so I know how you feel. My sugars weren't really very well controlled until literally right before I got pg with DD. I was so scared - especially in the 1st trimester - but with close monitoring & lots of adjusting of insulin dosages throughout the pregnancy - my DD was born happy & healthy. Hang in there!
I know the feeling girlie... all i can tell you is have faith that this baby will pull through... the doctors have to say what they medically know... but im a strong believer in miracles and putting faith out there... dont cross that bridge unless you have to. you dont need the added stress right now...
I am sorry you have to go through this. At least you are with high risk where they can monitor you closely. I am Type II diabetic also so you can FM me if you want. I was taken off Metfomin when I got pregnant and have been on NPH. Now that I am at the end of my pregnancy I am also on fast acting insulin before dinner.
