Baby Bottle

I am having a difficult time registering for baby bottles and thought I'd ask..

Avent?
Dr. Brown's?
Glass?
Plastic?
Inserts? No Inserts?

what does everyone think?

Re: Baby Bottle

We are using the Playtex drop-ins and so far we really like them a lot.

We still have to wash the nipples and rings, but there are no little parts to wash (unlike some other bottles), and since we don't have a dishwasher, it's a lot less work for us.

Plus, our son adapted very nicely to them from the hospital. I would totally recommend them.

I registered for the starter kits of Dr. Brown's and Avent bottles. I'm going to try both to see what my little guy likes, then buy more of whichever kind.

I loved drop ins with DS.
My friends used DR browns, great bottles but as someone told me try others first because Dr browns are a pain to clean.

I liked too knowing that the insert was sterlized all the times, I didnt have to wonder did I clean it well enough. The nipples we used to boil.

And we used to get the inserts at BJs it was 200 for $10 or target brand, we rarely used the playtex brand which were much more!

Re: Baby Bottle

I say Dr Brown's. They were a life saver. My DS was so colic that I really did not care how many little parts the darn things had. Plus, you can wash all pieces in the dishwasher like any other bottle.

Love Dr. Brown's! She has NO gas issues with them. A few extra parts to clean but it adds about 2 minutes to my routine every day, no biggie!

Re: Baby Bottle

DD uses Dr. Browns, Avent and Born Free.
She took well to all.
Drop-ins did NOT work for us. She's never spit up but did the 4 times I attempted using them.

I actually really like the born free bottles
