Colleagues at work who.............

really don't know what the heck they are talking about, but always want to have "the last word".

Or who will harass you every day over nonsense.

Who CC every Tom, **** and Harry on their emails to you about 4x a day about nothing but drama.......


Suggestions on how to better deal with them other than finally replying to their emails and telling them you are not going back and forth with them anymore because it's like beating a dead horse? (I may or may not have said that already ).

P.S. They don't work for my agency, but are part of the "team".

People like that really don't get it. Maybe just be passive aggressive and say something like "I thought we already resolved this?"

Ugh she CALLED me today. I referred her to my supervisor and told her I am not going back and forth with her anymore. Just totally confrontational from the start of the conversation, and looking for a fight..........the interesting thing is that she works for the program I work for, yet has no clue about it really and has no desire to try to even work with the other team members to solve problems with the client......she just wants to place blame on everything everybody is doing wrong, yet, accepts no blame for how her staff have royally screwed up. I swear, my field tends to attract the cream of the crop with issues.
