omg i have them too!! They are disgusting..thank God my cat finds them and kills them for us..what is the deal with these crickets..they are seriously nasty!

I have them too, bad lately
this week I stuffed insulation in any open areas I could possibly find and this week has been good thus far but we shall see..now with all the sealing and insulation I probably trapped them INSIDE the house

tell me about it!! We keep the dehumidifer on in the basement but it was full and shut off!! I went down to put laundry in and it was like I was walking over mind fields!! I hate these things!!!

We have millions of them. The house is well insulated, all cracks are filled with expanding foam and they still find their way in.

I grew up in Smithtown and live in Ronkonkoma, and I've never seen one. They sound creepy though.

hahaha ladies...ok so then it seems smithtown, or anywhere out east north shore is my new home! LOL LOL LOL
I am in Lynbrook by the way....UGHH hates these creatures! We havent seen one in so long.....but for some reason past few days
ETA: I was from queens too, howard beach, these creatures were foreign to me until I moved to Lynbrook!
