I had mastitis on thanksgiving last year and it just cleared up on its own with rest and lots of nursing, but I guess it depends on how bad you have it.
 cuz it totally suuuucks!!!

ditto! IMO, it's more painful than childbirth, so get it treated as soon as you can!
