Re: moms who had v-birth and a c-section
I went vaginally with DD..C-section with the boys. My daughters birth, was drug free (not by choice) and quick.
I didnt have a choice, had to do a c-sec with the twins. One was breeched.
If both were head down, I was trying vaginally since my doc felt I was a good candidate.
As for the differences, Yes vaginally was btr for me. I was up and around and feeling good.
Recovery for a c-sec was long, I was bond to a bed for a day and that was hard for me when my two babies were in NECU and I couldnt hold them or go see them.
In the end, I recovered VERY well from my c-sec. My DH loved it, LOL. He liked how we were scheduled, in/out babies here.
I did tell my doc at the time that I was scared of going vaginally and then needing a c-sec but then things turned around and I had no choice.
Also both were head down up until 7mths and boom, one moved.
