Baby Nurse/Nanny

My DS will be 4 months next week and i am having lots of trouble to getting him to stay sleep. He is addicted to his paci and it is driving me crazy. He will wake up numerous time at night looking for it to go back to sleep. He doesnt fully wake up but he will cry within seconds if he doesnt have it. There has been nights were he will go 9-11 hours without eating but last night he only went 7. I dont know if he still needs to eat at night or he just cant fall back asleep.

I am looking for a nurse/nanny that would be able to help with getting him to lose the paci and sleep better at night. Can anyone recommend someone they have use or heard about.

My DS was the same way...how I broke the habit was taking it out the second he fell asleep. It was a long shot, but it worked!! If I left it in, an hour later it fell out and he woke up. Good luck
