maybe not all cookies...
there are two batches of peppermint bark made
one batch of peanut butter fudge in the fridge
a double batch of oreo truffles in the freezer (they'll be covered in chocolate, tomorrow)
and i'm baking pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
then.... off to bed
i'm beat

Would you share the pumpkin chocolate chip recipe? Those sound especially yummy.
i got the recipe here, but re-found it online.... so easy
one box spice cake mix
one can (15 oz) pumpkin pie mix
one bag chocolate chips
mix three ingredients
bake at 350 for 12 minutes
my notes:
shape the cookies as you want them to look. since there is no fat, there is no "melting" so the cookies bake up in the exact same shape you put them on the cookie sheet.
this is great because you can put them really close to one another and you don't have to worry about them becoming one BIG cookie.
i'm a chocolate LOVER. i want to try a batch with NO chocolate chips. the pumpkin is just so delish!! i might do that, this weekend
