B6 vitamin
Ok, so Ive heard and read that taking B6 is good for increasing your Luteal Phase. Now, here is my question. Are there any other benefits for taking B6 (doesnt have to be TTC related) Also, if my LP is normal (12-14days) will taking B6 make it longer? (that might be a stupid question lol ) Thanks!

Re: B6 vitamin
From what I've read it's water soluble so you can't really OD on it. It's in many foods so it's rare that someone would have a deficiency (bread, meat, etc). If your LP is already 12-14, why would you need to lengthen it? I could see if it's 10 or less, but 12-14 is good. I'm no expert, but I don't think it would lengthen it because it's already a good length so you probably don't have a B6 deficiency. kwim?

Re: B6 vitamin
I found this link It seems it does lots.
I'm not sure if it would make the LP longer, but I guess it can't hurt to take a little extra.
