amendments to our IEP
so currently AJ is diagnosed with classic autism.
this was done at 15 months old, officially at 18 months.
he is 3 years 4 months and has been attending Boces full time 5x a week
he was getting 3x30 speech at home and 3x60 of family training.
we had a 3 month review and he is getting more home services.
we were not expecting it, but we are thrilled.
he will now be getting 3x60 of ABA/SEIT and 2x 60 of family training.
speech will remain the same and our next review will be late may, early june for summer school.

Re: amendments to our IEP
It's nice to hear that some districts will actually increase services.

Re: amendments to our IEP
thanks...
our speech therapist almost fell out of her chair when she heard that, and our family trainer started to stutter...
now we are just trying to get one of his EI therapists who does CPSE back on our case.

It's so good to hear when they consider the child first and what will work best for him/her !
