JCPenny couches..
if you bought one from there, did you see it first or just ordered it..i think the one i like is not in stores but it is the perfect size..not sure what to do.

Amanda, the sectional in my living rom is from there! But it was in the showroom too so I got to see it first!
The sofa table I have I bought on their website!

whew good to hear...just ordered it, sight unseen..figured we couldnt find anything in the stores, and we liked it and hte size was right so we went for it...now i just wish it was getting delivered tomorrow not 4 weeks from now..i am so impatient!lol

JC Penney can go either way. You can't judge the quality of one by another set bc they sell a lot of different brands. I bought a LR set there a few years ago and hated it a month in. It pilled right away and it was not covered in the extended warranty. When buying a new set this summer, I looked all over and finally found what I wanted from JC Penney again. But I was willing to give them a shot bc I knew they sold many brands. I love this set.
The good thing about ordering from their site is you can return it. With the ones you buy in the store, you cannot. Double check with them but that's what I was told by the JC Penney salesperson.

I ordered one offline a couple of years ago that I had never seen in person - when it came it was just the crappiest quality that I sent it back. It's my own fault for not seeing it in person though before I bought it.

A friend of mine ordered a leather sectional from JCP online and never got to see it in person first. She absolutely loves it and is completely satisified!!
