Hand Surgeon
I need a hand surgeon ASAP. I cut my finger and now I lost a feeling in it ( can't even move it). Good SAm stitched me up, but they never said, that I cut anything.

I did the same thing and had no feeling for a while. It did eventually come back. I ended up going to see a hand surgeon because I was worried too but he said I was fine. I went to someone in Great Neck on (800?) Northern Blvd. It was a very large office with lots of doctors.

I went to the same place (600 Northern Blvd) and saw Dr. David Tuckman. I had sliced open my index finger and cut right through a nerve --He did emergency surgery to re-connect it the day after my wedding! 
Very nice practice

I had an amazing hand surgeon in the city. I sliced my hand open last March and ended up severing my tendon in my thumb. Dr. Charles Melone was my doctor.
He is located on 34th and 1st so definitely convenient from LI.

BTW, definitely see a surgeon. I got stitched up at NY Presbytarian and they never indicated that I did anything. Because I was experiencing pain after my stitches were removed (they still thought I didn't hurt anything), I went to my PCP and he referred me to a hand surgeon. Thank goodness I went. I will never go back to that ER after they told me that I was fine.
