Things to do when you're snowed in & stir crazy

What have you come up with so far? We could XP to parenting so they could get some ideas.

Things I've done....

Bake cookies (a must!)

dance contest

Pretend it's sunny but in your living room (we're having ribs tonight)

board games

Blow up the pool from the summer & made a slide from the couch.

Right now we have an air matress blown up in the den that the girls are using as a trampoline They have been having a blast with it since the weekend.

Indoor Scavanger hunt

Bathing suits in the bathtub! This can go on for so long that I have to drain the water and add warm because it gets so cold.

Board games and a lot of craft projects over here. Thank goodness Santa brought DD about 8 different craft kits.

We have a lot of family birthdays in Feb so we have made everybody cards.

Over the weekend I picked up spirographs for the next snow day. If it's before Valentine's Day we'll work on their class valentines.

We've been having marching bands and parades through the house. They got this Perry the Platypus Karoke machine for christmas which has been used a lot lately.

Well since our heater is broken and stuck on high its like 85 in here we are in tanks and shorts. I made hot dogs on the indoor grill and we are having a snowy bbq. Complete w. ice cream for dessert.
