Substituting Vegetable Oil
I want to substitute vegetable oil with apple sauce in my muffin mix but have never done that before. What type of applesauce do you use?

I do it all the time, I use sugar free applesauce.
I use EggBeaters instead of real eggs too.
Nobody can tell the difference

Same here, it eliminates so much fat and cholesterol and still tastes awesome 
I don't use sugar free applesauce though - just plain.

Thanks everyone, I look forward to trying it. Its my first time making these muffins, they're Fiber One Blueberry. I hope they come out good, if I did my calculations correctly with the applesauce they are only 3 points.
