Prenatal Yoga in Commack Area???
So I played Just Dance last night and actually woke up achy!!! Aggghhhh!  So out of shape! Please tell me that there are prenatal yoga classes in my area (Dix Hills/Commack). I want to be able to play Just Dance without the aches and pains...

Commack offers it through continuing ed.....i'm not sure of the schedule but you can look on the website for the town.
