Cat nip????
As everyone knows I have a feral i adopted.. Whats up with cat nip? Should I get it? Is it safe? She is about 12-13yrs old.. Can it hurt her?

It's not going to hurt her, but she really doesn't need it..and since she's a feral cat, you don't know how she will react to it, I wouldn't do it.
It's supposed to give them a little "high"...I had 2 indoor cats - they both loved it but had different reactions - one was funny and would roll in it..the other got a little nasty with it.
If you want to give her treats - there is kitty grass - it's just grass...not "grass". LOL - you can get it at PetCo or Petsmart in a little pot - eating grass is good for them, it helps their digestive system. There are also little cat treats you can put in a bowl for her.

yea for a feral no cat nip they can be crazy enough or it could make them loopy like it does to my cats which could affect how they react in an emergency situation.
i would give them dental treats since they won't have any dental care.

If you want dental treats, try Greenies. They are the only treats our (spoiled) cat will eat.

Are these the same for dogs? Or different ones for cats specificly ? My dog wont eat greenies .
