I haven't been to yoga in FOUR whole days!
Almost seems like a lifetime.......
I was away on Sat + Sun, lazy on Monday due to a bad day at work, and yesterday, I was scared to venture out because of the weather.
I have no excuses tonight though and cannot wait to get back into it!
I'm going away this weekend and missing my Sat and Sun classes. Even though we're going somewhere warm, I actually a bit bummed that I won't have class. I'm hoping that I'll be able to make it on Monday.
I feel very seriously addicted to hot yoga

My new Manduka towel came, along with my new mat I'm going to try them tomorrow. I'll let you know how the towel is and if I like it.

Re: anyone interested in a yoga thread?
It seems like this tread isn't really too active, but I was wondering if anyone had a class recommendation in the Sayville/Oakdale/Bohemia area. I see a lot of places have it, but I'd feel much better with a recommendation instead of going in blind. I would need a good class for a beginner, as it's been a long time since I've done yoga. TIA
