When to follow up
I Interviewed for an atty position on January 26, followed up that day with a thank you letter to the person I interviewed with.
Have not heard anything, and the position is still listed, is it bad form to follow up and inquire if there are any further questions or concerns they have?

Re: When to follow up
You already followed up - chances are they are interviewing more people before making a decision...or perhaps they are slow with finding someone they want for the job.
You don't want to come off as too desperate..I did this once, and still didn't get the job. My old firm listed a job opening for about 4 months, interviewed easily about 12 attorneys, and didn't get to hire one until well after the 3rd month..Sometimes they are just terribly slow.

Re: When to follow up
I wouldn't call to ask if they have any further questions or concerns or contact the people with whom you interviewed.
However, if it is a large law firm or other large organization with a legal personal recruiter or HR department, and you really want to know what's going on, I think you could call that person just to find out the status of their search, i.e., have any decisions been made and, if not, when do they expect them to be made (are they still actively interviewing candidates, etc.).
But I worked for a large Manhattan firm for almost 9 years and I know that we always notified candidates -- even if they had just been in for a preliminary interview -- if they didn't get the positon (usuallly we'd send a letter in the mail). If we hired someone, we'd call them.
