Sign up for Mommy & Me Stroller Fitness Class hosted by Tropix Dance Studio!
Tropix Dance Studio is hosting a free Mommy & Me Stroller Fitness Class on Saturday, March 5th from 9:30-10:15 a.m. During this fun class Moms work out while using their strollers. Babies/toddlers will be in the stroller. This is a perfect way to spend time with their babies/toddlers while getting in shape at the same time.
The class has a maximum of 7 Moms. Only reply to this thread to sign up if you can definitely attend. It will be first come first serve. If we have more then 7 Moms interested we will start a waiting list and if someone is not able to attend we will give the spot to the next on the waiting list.

The class was great! I taught the class and really enjoyed seeing all the moms working out while the babies watched. I hope everyone enjoyed the class.
