Superman Ice Cream
In Michigan it's totally commonplace but for years I've been telling DH he would love it when he had the chance to try it.
And he finally got to try it down in Florida a few weeks ago at an ice cream parlor there that strangely had Mackinac Island Fudge ice cream as well (another Michigan staple).
Have you ever had this AMAZING frozen treat?

It's kind of like ... vanilla mixed with the flavor of fruity pebbles. That's the best way I can think to describe it.
Slightly fruity but creamy as well.
It's DIVINE.
(I wish I could get some to all the preggos out there. It's practically made for preggos)

I don't know if I'm sold. But I did just go into the kitchen and make myself a big bowl of vanilla ice cream with cut-up strawberries on it, so thanks.

I saw it for the first time while in Florida last week. It holds no appeal for me. The kids opted for rainbow sherbet over superman.

My kids LOVE Superman Ice cream. They get it whenever we go to see my parents in Florida - I only wish they had it hear on Long Island.

Looks like they call it Superman ice cream because it's loaded with so much sugar you can practically fly!

So Funny you posted this. We were in Naples FL a week ago and the ice cream shop in town makes it. DS had to try it, he loved it at first but in the end said it was too berry.
