Weighing In/Pre AF

I am doing WW online, and this was my first week on the new plan. I am a lifetime member and wanted to lose a few on my own with the new program.

I have a scale at work, and I am nervous to weigh in because I am REALLY bloated. I doubt I will see anything. This has always been an issue with me in the past...I always carry a little water weight when it's that time of the month.

Do any of you notice a gain the week before you get AF, or it just me?

It's not just you. I always gain a little before and during AF. Just weigh yourself, take down the weight, and know it will be gone by next week.

I gain anywhere between 4 to 6 lbs in the days leading up to AF. Usually, after my snd day of AF, it goes away!

I've been losing about 2.5lbs per week, but the week before AF I always lose maybe 1lb. It's a little disappointing, but I know I'll prob be back to my normal loss the next week.

Thanks for your responses. You made me weigh in anyway, and I still lost a pound (wearing jeans AND with PMS). Thanks for encouraging me to do it...I bet it was even a pound or two more!
