Venting Anger
There are so many ways people do this?
How do you?
Eat, Yell, exercise, throw a tantrum, ingore it, vent to a friend, etc?

I vent, but I cry mostly. I'm such an emotional wreck sometimes especially now in this frustating job search.

It depends on the anger and who it is directed at
if its towards Dh, I throw a tantrum 
If its other anger towards family members especially, I just yell
sometimes at work, i have to keep it inside BUT I vent to my friends by email (you poor people!  )
DH - he keeps it ALL IN .. that makes me CRAZY

when i was a kid, i was at my friends house and her mom got mad at her dad and THREW a bowl of peas! 
little peas rolled EVERYWHERE
