What is this 'other' peanut butter I see mentioned?

There are two lower calorie/lower fat PBs I know of: Better'n PB (that carey mentioned) and PB2.

Me too - I actually threw it out.
I'm all about PB2. I go through it so quickly so I'm placing an order directly through them for the bags - insane! 
It was only recently that I heard of TJ's peanut flour, but I heard it was discontinued.

 I thought I was the only one!
I get PB2 from The Diet Shop in Ronkonkoma, but there are more locations on LI that sells it.
I go through it so quickly since I use it everyday I'm going to buy it online in bulk.

I love Better'n Peanut Butter. Then again, I have a strange ability to get my taste buds to believe that the "low fat/fat free/healthy" verisons of food actually taste better...so you might not be able to go by me!

See...I'm like that too, which is why I really don't like Better n' PB...
here is BnPB ingredients.. (taken from site - I didn't go crazy with caps - )
Ingredients: PEANUTS (AS DEFATTED PEANUT FLOUR AND NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER), TAPIOCA SYRUP, PURE WATER, DEHYDRATED CANE JUICE, RICE SYRUP, VEGETABLE GLYCERIN, SOY FLOUR, SALT, TAPIOCA STARCH, NATURAL FOOD FLAVORS, PAPRIKA & ANNATO, CALCIUM CARBONATE, LECITHIN, VITAMINS E & C (ANTIOXIDANTS).
All I taste are the syrups. Too much "stuff" not enough Peanuts.
Here's PB2's ingredients...
Ingredients: Roasted peanuts, sugar and salt.

Exactly!! At first I was all about the low fat foods but then I realized how they just manipulate all the rest of the ingredients to make it taste good. They add back tons of sugar and salts and junk to process it.
I just buy natural peanut butter without the added salt and because I'm a bit crazy I pour off the oil that settles on the top (i know it makes the peanut butter dry but I use it to blend in my smoothies so it doesnt have to be smooth)
That goes with any food though....buy natural/whole foods instead of processed.

i TOTALLY agree. i had 2 spoonfulls and then threw the whole jar out. i LOVE TJ's regular PB though.

Noellie - I have an entire jar of Better N Butter I can give you on Saturday. I took out one scoop - it's horrible. Try mine and if you like it go buy more.
I'm dying to try this PB2 though

Get Healthy America in Plainview on Manetto Hill Road and Lengo's Sweet & Slim Shop in Merrick sell PB2, but you can also buy it online

better 'n peanut butter tasted weird to me at first, but I tried it in a sandwich here and there and it has completely won me over - I will admit that I have grown to like it, lol.
