What to do you do to keep yourself on track during the weekends?

I am super good all week, portion control, working out, no alcohol but the weekend hits and bam it all goes out the window.

Like tonight I have a bday party for my cousin so I am eating dinner beforehand but I know we will be drinking. Tomorrow I have lunch with friends, we rotate on who gets to chose what to eat so it will probably be pizza or chinese, Sat night going to see a band at a bar ie more drinking and Sun is Sunday dinner with the family, loads of apps and about 4 different fatty food combos.

Last weekend I put in the WW tracking what I ate for 2.5 days and I went so over even with all of my activity points.

How do you all control it?

What you eat around those meals should be lower points foods. I do this plus eat a lot more zero point foods. If you're getting pizza, eat 1 slice just make sure it's loaded with veggies. If it's Chinese get steamed shrimp with veggies.

Vodka & tonic or Seltzer and a glass of

water in between drinks.

Small portion of food on pile of greens or

veggies (no starches).

Eat well during the day, high fiber foods

so your not starving when the platter

of fatty apps come your way.

Work out, burn some of the cals your

gonna intake. Think abt how you want

to look and feel the next day. Good

Luck and have fun!!

This is what I do! For example, I'm going to a wedding tomorrow so for breakfast and lunch, I will try to keep my points very low. At the same time, you don't want to keep yourself hungry or you will overdo it even more. Fill up on lots of high protein foods and veggies.
Also, if you can- try to get in some extra activity points!
