Hey Ladies!! Hanging in over here...our first appointment went well...baby measuring perfectly, HR was in the 160's...
Then I started spotting three days later...I'm still spotting, but I went to Dr. again yesterday and cervix is closed, baby is growing and healthy and starting to move around!
I just keep  everything stays that way!!
As for telling, we've pretty much told everyone by this point...we told our parents right away, and a few close friends....we waited a few more weeks to tell the rest of the family, and I just told a few trusted co-workers this week becuase I had to take off to go see the Dr yesterday.

Such good news! I told everyone also,even facebook today  most ppl know already, so not a huge deal. I had pap with my appt, and I bled a little also.

I wanted to get some advice from you October girls. Right now, I'm 9 weeks, 1 day. We still haven't told my inlaws or my father because we're afraid they can't keep a secret. We've told only a few key people.
Yesterday we went to our first doctor's appointment where we saw our baby's heartbeat and the doctor said everything looks great. I've scheduled my 12-week screen for April 14. I'm thinking that we'll start spilling the beans the week after that, when I'll be 13 weeks. Hopefully by then my weight gain and grey hairs won't have already given me away.
It's our first baby so I have mixed feelings about telling people. On one hand, I can't wait to tell everyone. But on the other hand, I'm afraid to start telling people.
What did you girls do or plan to do?

I am in the minority but I told people right away. We were so excited and wanted to, it felt right-- thankfully monday will be 13 weeks and all is well
You guys have to do what feels right for you. I think most people tell after their 12 week appt

OK, so I will take the plunge. I didnt openly admit to all that I am preggo yet but I am 1 week shy of 12 weeks and need all the support I can.
I have one dd who is 4 and miscarried one November 30th only to find out I was preggo Jan 13. Sooooooooo in essence, I am nervous as all hell. I am frantic at every appt thus far. I never thought that could happen to me bc my first was sooooo easy!
OK, on a positive note....we've seen the baby more then a few times. All looks well so far and we are due oct 11th...Yay!!! HB was 180-186 just like my dd. I am so excited my dd will become a big sister!!!
Oh and I am SOOOOOOO nauseas and on zofran....Go me!!!
Hope everyone is feeling well. Cant wait to chat as our babies continue to grow! Congrats to all!!!

I still remember carrying around a bottle of mylanta in my pocket like a drunken bum. Took swishes of it like it was going out of style.

I'm so excited to almost be out of the first trimester - I'm 11w1d today!
I'm feeling much less tired than I was a few weeks ago but bedtime still comes way earlier than it used to.
Not feeling too nauseous lately either ... but I am very hungry!
The acid reflux has been pretty bad since I came off Prilosec. Zantac & Pepcid just aren't the same.
Some occasional cramping but since there is no spotting and its very random, I'm that its normal stretching for being pregnant with 2!
How is everyone else feeling????

hi girls! i'm 11w5d today and I go for my NT scan on friday! It's only been 2 weeks since we last saw baby bear but i'm so excited to see the progress!
my m/s came back around 10w4d. not vomiting, but intense nausea and inability to eat most normal stuff. it has been very discouraging, especially bc I was feeling great from weeks 8-10. today i am feeling pretty decent though, so i'm hoping it's gone again... knock on wood!!!
