I have had the most MISERABLE experience
with AAA travel.
I got no end of grief trying to book a vacation, but finally managed to wade through all the nonsense to book Disney.
Then my DD got very very sick and we had to cancel.
I've been patiently waiting for my refund. I've had letters sent from the insurance company advising me they are processing the claim etc. I got a check in the mail over the weekend for only the airfare and nothing else.
I call Disney today, and they tell me their policy is to mail refunds to the travel agent that booked the trip within 30 days of trip cancellation.
So where the heck is my money??? IDK, and neither does AAA. They said they have to call me back.
I am FUMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never, ever, ever, ever, go there again for anything more than a map.

I went into there office on 347 a while ago and the service was HORABLE!!! Better off doing it yourself on line . there was NO discount for being AAA member then me finding my one prices online needless to say I didn't renew my membership
